About The Position

About the Role: We are hiring a Job Coach II to provide individualized support to clients at competitive employment sites across San Diego County. In this role, you’ll help clients learn job skills, adapt to their work environments, and achieve long-term employment success. Location: MCRD and San Diego County Pay: The pay for this position is $21.50 to $21.50. Schedule: Varies What You’ll Do:

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
• CPR & First Aid certification (training provided)
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and workplace training
• Assist clients in building job skills and meeting employer expectations
• Support workplace integration and social skill development
• Monitor job performance and provide feedback
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with employers, case managers, and support networks
