What would you do as a Full-time Job Coach As a Full-time Job Coach at RTC Services, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to individuals with disabilities seeking employment. Your responsibilities will include both on-site and off-site assistance, coordinating connections to vital employment resources, and empowering clients throughout their job journey. You will guide and coach them through the employer's new hire and orientation processes, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident. Additionally, you will facilitate facility and work site orientations, offering ongoing monitoring and support regarding performance, safety, and job responsibilities. Your empathetic approach and problem-solving skills will help individuals navigate their professional paths, fostering their growth and success in the workforce.
