About The Position

The Placement Coordinator focuses on reaching out to our active caregivers who are not currently staffed to cases and connecting with them for employment opportunities. The Placement Coordinator must be dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with our caregivers and use all necessary resources to build our caregiver census

Requirements

  • Educational Background: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with HHA eXchange, Medflyt, and/or HubSpot is advantageous.
  • Personal Traits: We are looking for a candidate with an outgoing, positive personality, equipped with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive Engagement: Regularly contact caregivers listed in HHA eXchange and Medflyt who are available but not actively working, presenting them with relevant employment opportunities.
  • Admissions Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for new client admissions, ensuring seamless staffing coordination.
  • Availability Communication & Scheduling: Inform contract partners of our capacity to undertake new cases.
  • Tenured Caregiver Outreach: Focus on providing long-standing caregivers with optimal employment matches.
  • Availability Management: Keep caregiver schedules and availability current in HHA eXchange.
  • Innovative Outreach Strategies: Develop and implement effective techniques to motivate caregivers to engage with our agency.
  • Daily Communication: Consistently reach out to caregivers via phone and email to update their work statuses and availability.
  • Collaboration with Compliance Teams: Work closely with Compliance to understand the availability of newly oriented aides.
  • Coordination Support: Communicate caregiver qualifications and preferences to the Coordination team, especially for challenging staffing situations.
  • Schedule Updates: Keep a current schedule of all orientations and in-service classes.
  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Uphold the confidentiality and privacy of patients and caregivers with utmost respect and dignity.
  • Responsive Communication: Address caregiver inquiries promptly via phone and email, ensuring messages are accurately relayed to relevant personnel.
