Duties and Responsibilities: · In coordination with the PC Employment Manager, trains and supports staff on essential functions of day-to-day duties and policies of each Job Site. Provides staff with innovative, best practice to support individuals with disabilities, to gain employment strengths and skills and to ensure performance aligns with contract requirements and expectations. · Provides oversight of employment sites and ensures that Job Coach(es) and individual(s) are supported in completing job duties to the specifications of the task analysis and to the best of the individual’s abilities. Partners with Job Coaches to identify and address the support needs of each individual. · Maintains ongoing communication with Job Sites and conducts frequent job site visits to monitor performance, address on site concerns, and support quality of services delivered. Conducts initial and ongoing assessments at each site to ensure employer requirements and expectations are being met and to ensure ongoing satisfaction with the individual or crew’s work. · Develops and manages monthly job site schedules to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with contract expectations. · Ensures job site supplies are maintained with at least a 1-week buffer. Places and tracks orders accordingly. · Leads and documents monthly safety briefings and follows up on required safety drills (e.g., fire, earthquake) across all job sites. · Reviews and maintains job site binders at each site. Ensures completeness, accuracy of tracking, billing, and up to date information. Develops and completes task analysis for all job sites in collaboration with Job Coaches. · Works with administrative office staff to confirm accuracy of job site tracking forms, including time worked and staffing ratios. · In coordination with the PC Employment Manager, cultivates and maintains positive relationships with the Job Sites and vendors as well as address any site issues. Provides education and support to community members and assistance to negotiate support needs. · Coordinates backup job coaching duties and supports when dedicated and substitute job coaches are unavailable. · Coordinates evaluations and provides feedback to staff and Site Coordinators. Reviews and approves timesheets. Arranges coverage for time off requests. · Maintains ongoing contact with vendors as needed. Works with the Executive Director in regard to ongoing contract negotiations. · Coordinates with job sites any specialty projects or repairs required per the contract. · Maintains positive communication with individuals who attend program, home-providers, supervisors, co-workers, referral agencies and the community at large. Disseminates appropriate information to supervisor. · Attends mandatory trainings (external and internal), staff meetings and staff trainings that may occur after typical scheduled work hours. · Reports all suspected abuse in accordance with Mandated Reporter regulations and procedures. · Displays professional and respectful attitude towards individuals, co-workers, supervisors and assignments. · Ability to lift/transfer/push/pull/bend/turn/pivot up to 38 lbs. occasionally while assisting individuals including those in wheelchairs as a support in daily program activities and personal care needs. · Ability to sustain a forward bend occasionally while assisting individuals in assembly tasks, tabletop activities and eating lunch. · Follows agency policies and safety procedures on an ongoing basis. · Other related duties as assigned.
