Joint Targeting Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a Joint Targeting Analyst, you use your spe cia lized targeting and analysis experience and your attention to detail to develop intelligence products to give your clients the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters. As a Joint Targeting Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape within the Joint Targeting Cycle. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for the Intelligence Community and Joint Staff. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like analysis, planning, and exercises. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have the resources to learn new skills and tools. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in joint targeting, intelligence, or intelligence analysis
  • Experience working in joint environments
  • Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM region
  • Ability to produce high-quality verbal and written deliverables with little lead time
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Master's degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security
  • Graduate of the Joint Targeting School
