Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in welding, fabrication, machine assembly, and alignment.
- Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work across job boundaries and learn new skills.
- Previous Millwright experience.
- Commitment to safety and respect for others.
- Ability to work at heights, use stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in environments with wood dust and varying temperatures.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine centers to keep operations running smoothly.
- Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to fabricate and modify equipment.
- Repair or replace chains, belt conveyors, gearboxes, drive chains, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Perform welding and cutting tasks with precision and safety.
