About The Position

Creek Technologies is seeking a Journeyman Project Management Support Specialist to support program management activities across multiple divisions and teams. In this role, you will assist program managers and government leads with scheduling, coordination, documentation, and program tracking activities that support the successful execution of mission-focused programs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while supporting program management operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting project management, program management, or similar operational roles.
  • Familiarity with program management processes, scheduling, and coordination activities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or federal government programs.
  • Familiarity with acquisition lifecycle management or program execution frameworks.
  • Entry-level project management certifications such as CAPM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide program management support across divisions, branches, and functional teams.
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and tracking of program activities and deliverables.
  • Support government program leads with program lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Maintain program schedules and tracking systems to monitor project milestones and deadlines.
  • Assist in coordinating program reviews, meetings, and conferences.
  • Support planning and management activities related to the development, production, and deployment of systems and capabilities.
  • Assist with identifying program risks and tracking mitigation actions.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and briefings to support program management activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication across program activities.
  • Track project progress and provide updates to program leadership.
