About The Position

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, a Joy Creator is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while helping guests celebrate life’s special moments. This role serves as the face of the bakery, assisting guests with cake selections, processing orders, and ensuring every interaction reflects the warm, welcoming spirit of the brand. Joy Creators help create a positive, energetic environment while ensuring our bakery is guest-ready at all times.

Requirements

Previous guest service or retail experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Greet every guest warmly and create a welcoming bakery experience.
Assist guests with cake selections, flavors, sizes, and decorations.
Accurately take and process in-store, phone, and online orders.
Package cakes and retail items according to Nothing Bundt Cakes presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bakery and retail area.
Restock displays, Grab & Go cases, and retail merchandise.
Support the team during busy periods and holiday peaks.
Ensure guests leave with a positive and memorable experience.
