Jr. AI Developer

Whip Networks, Inc.Santa Monica, CA
5d$80,000 - $90,000

About The Position

Whip Media is the leading SaaS platform transforming how the world’s largest media and entertainment companies manage, distribute, and monetize content across the global streaming supply chain. Our flagship product, Helix, is an AI-native platform built to radically optimize content operations—empowering data-driven decisions that maximize revenue, streamline distribution, and scale profitable strategies. Trusted by top studios, networks, and streaming platforms, we’re redefining the business of content through innovation, collaboration, and a culture that values impact just as much as fun. If you’re ready to shape the future of entertainment at the intersection of media and technology, join us. We are looking for a Junior AI Developer to help us design, build, and improve AI agents on AWS Agent Core. These agents will be used to automate manual company workflows, support engineering teams, and help us move faster across the business. We do not expect you to be an AI expert. Instead, we are looking for someone who is curious, scrappy, action-oriented, and able to learn quickly. We want someone who is excited to build, test ideas, figure things out, and continuously improve systems over time. You will work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to turn repetitive work into agent-driven workflows. Some agents may support operational processes, while others may be focused on engineering productivity, development workflows, and internal tooling. You’ll play a key role in shaping how AI agents are designed and deployed across Whip!
