As a Jr. Business Sales Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting our Business Sales Engineering team by helping deploy, install, and maintain technical solutions for our customers. This role blends field work and technical problem-solving, supporting GPS fleet systems, PBX/voice services, and customer installations across Guam.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical or vocational training preferred
• 1–2 years of relevant technical or field experience preferred (telecom, IT support, automotive electrical, or field technician roles)
• Basic understanding of GPS systems, PBX, SIP, VoIP, or telecommunications concepts is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
• Positive and energetic personality.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Calm and approachable under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to make sound decisions.
• Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused communication style.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and verify GPS fleet tracking devices to ensure proper functionality
• Safely dismantle and reassemble vehicle dashboards and interior panels following safety guidelines
• Perform basic 12V automotive electrical wiring for GPS installations
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of GPS hardware
• Support customers with GPS platform functionality and system navigation
• Assist with the deployment and support of hosted and on-premises PBX systems
• Support SIP, VoIP, and analog telephone connections
• Install and support customer premises equipment (CPE), switches, routers, and cabling
• Conduct site assessments and gather technical requirements
• Document installations, service activity, and technical details accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams on projects and presales support
• Other duties as assigned
