About The Position

The Jr. Designer – Brand Campaign supports the Brand Creative team in executing and delivering elevated visual assets across all seasonal brand campaigns and brand projects. Working closely with the Senior Designer – Brand Campaign, this role helps translate campaign concepts into cohesive executions across print, retail, mailers, events, and internal presentations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven designer who is eager to grow within a luxury brand environment and is excited to build strong foundational systems that scale across touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design (luxury, fashion, or premium brand experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), Figma, Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Keynote.
  • Experience creating presentation-ready comps (mailer comps, OOH comps, retail signage, etc.).
  • Understanding of print production and mechanical file preparation.
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, and luxury visual systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or curiosity in AI tools for mockups and concept visualization preferred.
  • Retouching skills a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Designer across all Brand Campaign initiatives from concept through final execution, translating creative direction into elevated, production-ready assets.
  • Take existing design systems and evolve them into new iterations across seasonal campaigns, brand moments, and retail touchpoints while maintaining alignment with established brand codes and visual standards.
  • Assist in building and maintaining campaign toolkits, templates, and guidelines to ensure scalable and consistent execution across channels.
  • Create polished presentation decks and realistic comps (mailer comps, OOH mockups, retail signage, event materials, etc.) for internal reviews, founder meetings, and cross- functional presentations.
  • Conduct research and pull inspiration, competitive swipe, and reference imagery to inform campaign development and creative exploration.
  • Support the development of AI-generated mockups and concept visuals to help articulate early-stage ideas.
  • Organize and manage campaign assets, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility across teams.
  • Support all print executions for the brand, including in-store signage, window graphics, OOH and advertising mockups, market support materials, and guideline creation and maintenance.
  • Help templatize recurring retail and campaign assets to build efficient, scalable systems.
  • Support the design and execution of seasonal and campaign mailers, invitations, and creative materials for brand events and retail activations, ensuring cohesion within the broader campaign ecosystem.
