About The Position

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting both financial planning and business operations. This position is responsible for delivering actionable insights through detailed analysis, ensuring alignment between financial performance and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, finance, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Minimum 2 years of experience in progressively responsible and relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Business Operations Support:
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key operational metrics and link them to financial outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability across departments.
• Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing cost structures, resource allocation, and productivity trends.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process for the field
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify drivers of performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Reporting & Insights:
• Develop and deliver timely financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership review.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Strategic Analysis:
• Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of operational changes on profitability.
• Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, investments, and cost optimization strategies.
