We are looking for a great Service Delivery Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team!

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, specifically in ITAD or related projects.
  • Willingness to learn new workflows and continuous training.
  • Working knowledge of international and domestic freight and logistics functions, including how to work with and schedule services and transportation with vendors
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Possess a positive, team-oriented, and service-based attitude.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications.
  • Growth mindset and a tenacity to always find a way

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Schedule 1099 contractors via vendor portal.
  • Develop project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Provide assistance and logistics support for customers in on physical distribution/logistics/onsite services.
  • Communicate internally and externally regarding orders and transportation needs.
  • Assist in managing on customer premises resources ensuring positive outcomes
  • Learn and use various applications and web-based systems to facilitate shipments both domestically and internationally.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and provide updates.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through consistently delivering beyond expectations
  • Coordinate with Compliance Dept. to ensure standards and requirements for all shipment types are met.
  • Organize and manage documentation for department and company-wide recording needs, including filings, invoices, data entries, and other shipment-related documents.
  • Obtaining, reviewing, and awarding quotes for shipments and onsite services of varying degrees of scope and scale.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and adjust plans as necessary to address challenges and find success
  • Support department leader with other tasks and assignments as needed.
  • Provide support for SITAD projects as needed.
  • Overlap between the Coordinator and PM roles will occur, necessitating flexibility and collaboration to ensure client success.
  • Assist in tracking revenue from Services projects to targets.
  • Ensure KPIs are tracked and kept to expected range for Service Delivery
