About The Position

GTT is hiring a Sales Representative to sell commercial tires and related services to business customers. This is a relationship-and-hustle role. You will work leads, follow up, quote, close, and keep accounts coming back.

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience preferred, not required if you learn fast.
  • Comfortable on the phone and in person.
  • Basic computer skills, willingness to use a CRM.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Monday through Saturday with a rotating schedule, must match store needs

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities.
  • Prospect local commercial accounts by phone.
  • Build quotes and present options clearly.
  • Close deals and schedule installs or service.
  • Maintain account notes and next steps in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the technicians and other team members to deliver on promises
