As a Junior Salesforce Administrator you will be helping power a high-impact, global CRM ecosystem. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day administration and optimization of Salesforce and its connected tools, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for business users. You’ll collaborate closely with senior team members to deliver configurations, troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, and contribute to continuous platform enhancements. This is a hands-on, growth-driven opportunity for someone eager to expand their technical skills, learn best practices, and gain exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working with Salesforce in an administrative capacity
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201), or actively working toward certification
  • Foundational understanding of Salesforce core concepts (objects, fields, page layouts, permissions)
  • Exposure to Salesforce configuration, reporting, or user support in a business environment
  • Basic experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with data management concepts (imports, updates, data hygiene)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with additional Sales Technology (Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Configuration & Administration: Support configuration of Salesforce. Assist with user management tasks including user setup, permissions, profiles, and access requests. Help execute routine administrative tasks and system updates
  • User Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a first point of contact for Salesforce questions and issues, troubleshooting common user issues and escalating complex problems
  • Data Quality & Maintenance: Assist with data imports, updates, and cleanup activities to maintain data accuracy and consistency. Perform routine data audits and help enforce data quality standards
  • Project & Change Support: Assist with gathering and documenting requirements for Salesforce enhancements. Help maintain technical documentation and internal process guides. Manage Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment, under the guidance of senior team members
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Build and maintain standard Salesforce reports and dashboards. Support updates to existing reporting based on business needs
