About The Position
Essential Job Duties Practice safe food handling procedures at all times Makes Juice drinks following instructions & recipes provided Operates a cash register following established policies and procedures Listens to customer complaints, examines returned merchandise, and, under the direction of a supervisor resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations. Provide outstanding customer service; ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion Ensure freshness standards are adhered to on all whole bean, packaged, and brewed coffee Prepare coffee and juice drinks to order Adhere to all cleaning and maintenance care specifications of all equipment Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper rotation or product Maintain accurate department signage and pricing Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product Maintain a clean and well-organized work area Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Qualifications Some experience is preferred Strong communication skills Possess the ability to handle high stress and volume of customers while maintaining a positive shopping experience for the customer Physical Demands In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch Frequently lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 lbs
Requirements
