About The Position

Jumpstart is a program designed to support healthcare students in their last semester of post-secondary education. Students apply for and are offered positions post-graduation to qualify for Jumpstart. They receive a monthly stipend for a set period in exchange for a commitment to work at MercyOne post-graduation. The stipend amount, maximum number of stipend payments and commitment requirements vary by position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Candidates in the Jumpstart program is not required to work during stipend period- this is financial support only during last semester of school. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior. Requirements

• Must be in the final semester of school in eligible position.
• Must pass boards within 6 months of graduation.
• Must sign the Program Agreement and return before any payments are processed.
• Candidates must work for at least 18 months post licensure
• Must possess the ability to comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures.
