The Role As a Junior Contracts Administrator, you won’t just push paper—you’ll be the engine behind our procurement process. You’ll support the full contract lifecycle (pre-award through close-out), perform basic negotiations, initiate teaming agreements (NDAs), and interface directly with government contracting officers. You bring real world government contracting experience and are open to a mentorship environment where you’ll have the opportunity to learn from industry experts while building critical customer relationships. What You Bring Precision: An "at-a-glance" ability to spot errors and omissions. Communication: Elite verbal and written skills to coordinate between intercompany departments and external customers. Drive: A self-motivated approach to providing quality, efficient deliverables.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recent/relevant industry experience providing Federal Program Support - specifically focused on mission execution and technical delivery (or an equivalent combination of education/experience)
  • Facility: Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: U.S. citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at the onsite work location.
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe.
  • Travel : Ability to travel for occasional onsite meeting requirements.

  • Support Environment: Background in DoD support or IDIQ contracts in a PMO environment.
  • Regulation/Legislation: Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, and related federal/state legislation and regulations.
