About The Position

This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers in technology or transitioning into software development or IT. Recent college graduates, coding bootcamp graduates, and candidates with hands-on or project-based experience are encouraged to apply.
The “Junior Developer” supports and enhances internal business applications and systems while providing day-to-day technical support to internal users. This role works closely with a small IT team to maintain system reliability, support business operations, and contribute to ongoing application development and modernization efforts.

Requirements

• Broad and specialized knowledge
• General understanding of software development and IT support concepts
• Familiarity with C# (or similar), SQL, and web technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to balance development and support responsibilities
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Entry-level to early-career IT or development experience

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI preferred
• Exposure to ERP systems or enterprise business applications preferred

Responsibilities

• Application Development and Maintenance
• Develop, enhance, and maintain internal applications using C#, SQL, and web technologies
• Assist with modernization and support of legacy systems (e.g., ColdFusion, Microsoft Access)
• Support low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Support reporting and analytics solutions, including SSRS and Power BI
• Support internal business systems, including Aptean Ross ERP
• Assist with system integrations, data imports, and exports
• Work with business users to understand and address system and workflow needs
• Technical Support
• Provide day-to-day technical support for internal users
• Troubleshoot application, reporting, and basic hardware or software issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation
