About The Position

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to work for our company.

Summary:

Client Agency is the Defense Logistics Agency.
Implements architecture for continuous integration and deployment, and monitoring.
Executes Scrum Agile methodology and implements DevOps methodologies at the project level.
Serves as the administrator of complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment.
Debugs cluster-based computing architecture. Uses scripting or basic programming skills to solve problems.
Installs and administers monitoring tools and configuration management tools (e.g., TFS, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt, LVM).

Requirements

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
• One (1) year of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• CSP Certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure SA, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
• Experience with Scrum Agile methodology and implementing DevOps methodologies at project levels.
• Experience with deployments with on premise or cloud environments.
• Experience deploying and configuring DevOps services using infrastructure.
