Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, content writing, SEO, or related roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional email etiquette
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across brands and geographic markets
  • Comfort working independently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, and Search Console preferred
  • WordPress experience is a plus
  • PPC advertising experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of search engine and generative AI optimization principles
  • Comfortable using AI thoughtfully to supplement (not replace) work

Responsibilities

  • Support the SEO and Website Manager with creating, editing, and maintaining website content
  • Create and update content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
  • Manage team projects and inbound requests using a project management tool
  • Maintain and organize the marketing calendar
  • Assist with campaign performance tracking and analysis
  • Research marketing materials, trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as assigned
