About The Position

Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Junior Intellectual Property Associate to its Intellectual Property Litigation, Trademarks and Patent Team. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing team. The ideal candidate is located in North or South Carolina, but this search is open to any Nelson Mullins office location. You possess a mechanical engineering or chemical engineering degree. You are admitted in good standing to a state Bar where Nelson Mullins has an office, preference to NC and/or SC, and are admitted to the USPTO as a registered patent attorney. At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off. The salary/wage range is $200,000 - $215,000 annually.
