As a M365 Technical Consultant, you will begin your consulting career supporting the design and implementation of Modern Work solutions across client engagements. In this role, you will work alongside experienced consultants and architects to learn how enterprise collaboration environments are structured, governed, and optimized. You will contribute to digital transformation projects by assisting with requirements gathering, solution configuration, documentation, testing, and deployment support and gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365 technologies while developing core consulting skills, including structured problem solving, client communication, and solution delivery best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-technology related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for client-facing environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively within team-based project settings
  • Familiarity with structured delivery methodologies and modern collaboration tools (Microsoft 365), with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure cloud or SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, AWS) and enterprise technology environments
  • Experience with low-code, workflow automation, reporting, or data modeling concepts.
  • Basic understanding of identity and access management principles
  • Exposure to AI-driven productivity tools, large language models, or automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT), with demonstrated interest in building expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI workloads
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience, interest in pre-sales support, and active pursuit of Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-900, AB-100) to support ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

  • Support client discovery efforts by participating in workshops and documenting business processes, requirements, and current- and future-state workflows
  • Assist in configuring and validating Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint, Viva, M365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio agents, under senior guidance
  • Support governance and lifecycle management activities by helping manage permissions, standards, and compliance processes for enterprise collaboration environments
  • Create and maintain project documentation and client-facing materials, including technical documentation, status updates, and workshop summaries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while tracking assigned tasks and risks, continuously developing consulting, technical, and communication skills
