About The Position

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Analyst to support performance marketing, analytics, and marketing operations across paid media and CRM platforms. This role focuses on execution, monitoring, and data accuracy. You will work within established frameworks and processes to help ensure campaigns are performing as expected, data is reliable, and reporting is accurate. You’ll collaborate closely with senior marketing leadership and gain exposure to modern marketing systems and analytics.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional performance marketing, analytics, and marketing operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and dashboards
  • Logical thinker who can follow rules and processes
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Google Ads or Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics
  • Experience with Canva, Excel, and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

  • Run weekly optimization checklists for Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Monitor performance metrics such as spend pacing, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Make approved adjustments within defined guidelines
  • Document actions taken and flag performance issues
  • Track weekly and monthly marketing KPIs
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and performance changes
  • Prepare performance summaries and dashboards
  • Support executive reporting with accurate data and clear visuals
  • Learn and use Google Analytics (GA4) to: Monitor traffic and conversions, Pull reports and answer performance questions, Build comfort reading dashboards and explain what the data shows
  • Build and maintain: Views, Lists, Filters and logic (AND / OR conditions)
  • Support campaign tracking and reporting
  • Assist with CRM data hygiene and audits
  • Identify and fix data inconsistencies
  • Assist with duplicate management
  • Maintain naming conventions and documentation
  • QA tracking, forms, workflows, and lists
  • Build clean, professional presentations using Canva
  • Prepare slides with KPIs, charts, and summaries
  • Follow brand templates and formatting standards
