This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and rapid growth potential for motivated individuals. You’ll work closely with senior marketing executives and gain experience across multiple divisions, including campaign management, client communications, and sales support.

Requirements

• Recent graduates or individuals with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with project management abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Energetic, positive attitude, and desire to succeed in a fast-paced marketing environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and sales strategies
• Support in-person and virtual promotional events to increase brand awareness
• Collaborate with Market Managers and Sales teams to implement Go-To-Market strategies
• Create, organize, and distribute marketing materials, presentations, and collateral
• Track campaign performance, metrics, and budgets to ensure successful execution
• Identify and create selling opportunities through seasonal promotions and product rollouts
• Provide support and guidance to team members on marketing initiatives
