About The Position

Window Nation is hiring a Junior Network Engineer with hands-on network configuration experience to support infrastructure across 50+ branch locations.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of network support or network engineering experience who wants to grow their career into a full Network Engineer role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on network configuration experience
• Strong working knowledge of networking protocols and services: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT
• Experience with Meraki Dashboard or similar network platforms
• Experience supporting enterprise printers (i.e.: Xerox, HP, Canon) in a multi-site environment
• Experience with ISPs, vendors, and multi-site coordination

Nice To Haves

• CCNA, Network+, or A+
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience supporting multi-site, distributed retail or branch environments, or new site launches

Responsibilities

• Configure and support routers, switches, and wireless access points
• Deploy and manage Meraki network appliances (i.e.: Meraki MX, MR, and MS devices using Meraki Dashboard)
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and connectivity issues
• Manage and coordinate with ISPs and vendors across multiple sites
• Monitor network uptime, performance, and recurring issues
• Manage and maintain 50+ enterprise printers (Xerox/HP/Canon), including configuration, connectivity, scanning workflows, consumables, and uptime
• Act as a technical contact for branch teams during outages
• Document configurations, processes, and issue resolution
