About the position

RVO Health is looking for a Junior Product Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and managing our industry leading tobacco cessation product. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our cessation product.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, aligning it with the overall company vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Manager to develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining the features, enhancements, and integrations needed for the referral management system.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinicians, and IT teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and implementation, to ensure successful product launches, effective communication, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market research, user feedback, and performance metrics to drive product improvements.
  • Familiarity with development methodologies and experience working with development teams to deliver software solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
