About The Position

Griffon Aerospace, a leader in the exciting Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) and composites industry, is seeking a Junior Production Planner / Scheduler to support production management for ongoing UAV projects. POSITION SUMMARY The Production Planner / Scheduler has primary responsibility for releasing and distributing production orders, maintaining schedule status, and supporting production and engineering with manufacturing bill of material status. The Production Planner / Scheduler will work daily with production, engineering, procurement, and suppliers to ensure and communicate smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• Experience working with an MRP system.
• Experience with inventory management and control of products and records.
• Experience with configuration management system.
• Attention to detail, the ability to follow through and a high level of customer service skill.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and implement change.
• Experience and comprehension of personal computer applications such as Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Associate degree or higher required.
• US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of planning/scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience in lieu of education considered.
