About The Position

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support enterprise-level end-user technology deployments and project initiatives. This role provides project administration and operational support under the direction of Program Managers and Project Leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple projects and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or related roles
  • Ability to support multiple projects while adhering to standardized project management processes
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare environments, especially acute care or hospital settings, preferred
  • Technically inclined with the ability to assist in creating reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies in project administration processes and recommend improvements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support technology deployments as assigned by management
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure awareness of upcoming procurements and required budget resources
  • Work closely with Project Leads and technical teams to ensure deployment deliverables are completed
  • Unbox, assemble, configure, and deploy end-user devices across multiple facilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user device issues; proactively identify recurring technical problems
  • Accurately document deployment activities including checklists, release forms, asset data, work logs, and activity summaries in designated systems
  • Provide direct technical troubleshooting support to end users in a timely manner
  • Adhere to deployment schedules and timelines to meet project and departmental milestones
  • Travel to various facilities within the local metropolitan area as required
  • Escalate issues beyond scope to appropriate technical teams for resolution
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and application-related issues
  • Perform work in compliance with warranty and asset management requirements, including returning defective equipment and maintaining parts inventory
  • Maintain familiarity with internal policies, procedures, guidelines, and operational standards
  • Deliver professional customer service and ensure adequate end-user support during project implementations
  • Manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Work nights, weekends, or holidays as required by project needs
  • Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned
  • Support Program Management Office activities including documentation of assignments, risks, issues, and action items
  • Track due dates, open items, and meeting minutes
  • Monitor project progress and report status to senior stakeholders when needed
  • Assist with resource coordination and task tracking in the absence of senior leadership
  • Perform miscellaneous project-related tasks as assigned
