We're seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer who brings more than technical skills. We need someone who understands public health and can translate that understanding into solutions that actually work for health department staff. This role is about building technology that fits how public health actually operates. Your background in public health means you'll understand why a disease investigator needs to access data a certain way, or why a reporting workflow has to account for multiple jurisdictions. You won't just write code to spec. You'll build solutions that make sense because you've lived the work. You'll be part of a collaborative team working on our PH360 platform and client implementations. You'll learn from senior developers and architects who are invested in your growth, while contributing your own public health expertise to help the team build better solutions. This isn't a role where you'll be coding alone in a corner. You'll be pairing with teammates, participating in design discussions, and helping ensure what we build truly serves our clients. If you've ever looked at a public health technology system and thought "I could build something better," this is your opportunity.
