About The Position

Praetorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation to the mission critical industry, is searching for a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This person will be energetic and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our full-cycle recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for managing the "candidate experience" from the first point of contact to the first day on the job, ensuring a seamless and professional process for both applicants and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a high-volume administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
  • Superior time-management skills and the ability to handle a high volume of tasks without losing track of details.
  • A "can-do" attitude with the willingness to learn new technologies and industry-specific requirements quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Interest in specialized industries such as electrical testing, data centers, or power distribution.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle for entry-level and mid-level positions.
  • Review incoming resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and present qualified shortlists to senior recruiters.
  • Schedule interviews, manage calendar invites, and coordinate travel logistics for candidates when necessary.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and on social media platforms to attract emerging talent.
  • Coordinate with HR and IT to ensure new hires have everything they need for a successful Day 1.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate weekly hiring reports.
