Position Overview SEIDOR Morocco is currently recruiting a motivated Junior SAP Ariba Consultant. The role focuses on assisting in the implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Contracts) and supporting their integration with SAP S/4HANA through the Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG). The consultant will contribute to system configuration, testing, master data management, documentation, and user support, while working closely with senior consultants and client teams to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of SAP Ariba solutions.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (entry-level)
• General knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and the SAP MM module specifically
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
• Based in Morocco
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in procurement and digital sourcing processes
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a consulting environment
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonnel skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic project environment
• Client-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering quality solutions
• Fluency in French and English (required)

• SAP ERP or SAP Ariba certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on configuration for SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Contracts
• Support the integration of SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA using the Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
• Design and maintain automated approval workflows and business rules
• Develop test scripts, perform Unit Testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client stakeholders
• Troubleshoot system defects and manage Service Requests (SRs) with SAP Support
• Manage master data uploads (Suppliers, Commodities, Users, Taxes) and ensure data hygiene
• Use SAP Ariba reporting tools to generate strategic sourcing dashboards
• Elaborate Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and as-built configuration workbooks
• Prepare user guides and conduct training sessions for client procurement teams
