Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (field, design, scheduling, or estimating support)
• Basic understanding of CPM scheduling principles
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
• Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks)
• Quantity take-off and basic estimating exposure
• Experience in transportation or municipal infrastructure
• Strong learner with high growth potential
• Comfortable working under senior-level mentorship
• Cost-conscious and schedule-oriented mindset
• Willing to support both active projects and business development efforts
• Able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Support critical path analysis and schedule updates
• Track project progress and update schedules based on field input
• Prepare schedule narratives and monthly reporting documentation
• Assist in resource loading and schedule cost alignment
• Develop preliminary and proposal schedules for pursuits
• Prepare phasing and milestone schedules for RFQs/RFPs
• Support graphics and schedule exhibits for technical proposals
• Coordinate schedule assumptions with pursuit teams
• Assist with quantity take-offs and basic cost modeling
• Support estimate build-ups based on production rates
• Help align schedule activities with cost codes
• Interface with project managers, engineers, and field staff
• Support QA/QC review of schedule submissions
• Maintain document control and version tracking
• Assist with BIM-based 4D schedule integration when applicable
