About The Position

TOTEME is looking for a Junior Supply Chain Specialist to join our New York City office full time. In this role you will support daily logistics operations by providing shipping updates, assisting with order and invoice administration, maintaining product and inventory accuracy, and contributing to inbound, outbound, and returns workflows in a dynamic international fashion environment. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and work directly with the Global Supply Chain team.

Requirements

  • A degree in Logistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in retail operations, supply chain, warehouse management, order allocation, and dealing with wholesale and department stores including EDI transactions is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, order and stock management tools, and Excel.
  • An ambitious self-starter with the ability to work operationally and strategically, independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with a hands-on approach.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive and driven, with a passion for continuously improving ways of working.
  • Skilled at building and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the fulfillment process to TOTEME stores, including order placement, allocation, fulfillment and delivery, warehouse and shipment monitoring, and returns management.
  • Support US Retail and Ecommerce teams with logistics and inventory management.
  • Share clear, timely shipping updates with wholesale customers, including tracking details and delivery milestones, and support the preparation of shipment documents while coordinating with logistics partners as needed.
  • Assist with update of product master data, ensuring consistency across systems, and assist with invoicing shipped orders, ensuring correct quantities, pricing, and routing requirements.
  • Support the processing of returns, claims, and credits with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support weekly reports, trackers, and inventory or shipment summaries, and provide operational assistance to the Supply Chain Team during collection launches, customer deadlines, and peak periods.
  • Contribute to a smooth and efficient flow of information between Supply Chain, Wholesale, Customer Service, and warehouse teams, maintaining daily communication with Third Party Logistics (3PL) warehouses and overseeing operations and Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring.
  • Monitor and optimize stock flow, resolving discrepancies and managing transfers, and maintain accurate inventory levels across the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS).
  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
