About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences to expand our products. The ideal candidate brings strong design skills, deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong attention to detail, and good communication and collaborative skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or related field
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience in UI/UX design for B2B SaaS web applications
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio showcasing complex and innovative design solutions
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Ability to listen to feedback and reiterate on designs

Nice To Haves

Experience with usability testing or user research
Front-end development principles
Familiarity with accessibility standards

Responsibilities

Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to help maintain and evolve design systems
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Support accessibility and usability practices
Improve designs and systems based on internal and external feedback
Participate in user research, testing, and feedback sessions
Create and maintain UI component libraries
Use AI to automate and prototype
