Responsibilities
- Design and maintain web and mobile application interfaces according to requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile and web applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Communicate and present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.
- Work within established brand guidelines and design systems to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all applications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma or other design tools.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Knowledge of responsive design for mobile and web applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
- Understanding of current design trends and best practices.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
