Shop Location: Clearwater, FL serving the greater Pinellas County area Compensation & Benefits: Pay starts at up to $26/hr+ (Base Pay + Profit Share (Uncapped) + Tips) Full Time Hours consisting of 3-4 weekday shifts + 1 weekend shift expectation! Requirements
- A great attitude! Previous customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
- 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
- Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced, fun, physical working environment. Able to lift at least 75+ lbs repeatedly!
- Enjoy talking with customers on site residentially or commercially!
Nice To Haves
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service or general labor is preferred
Responsibilities

- Remove Unwanted Items: Tackle both light and heavy lifting during residential and commercial cleanouts.

- Prioritize Safety: Follow safety guidelines and always maintain a polished, uniformed appearance.
- Training: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
