What the Work Looks Like No two days are the same. You will: Ride with a teammate in one of our clean, professional trucks Visit homes & businesses around Dayton Lift, remove, and haul items with care and efficiency Provide great service & friendly communication Get hands-on training in estimating, customer service, routing, etc. You’ll stay active, think on your feet, and get to see the immediate impact of your work every day.
Requirements
- 23+ years old (for insurance purposes)
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Able to repeatedly lift 75+ lbs
- Communicates well & works well in a team environment
- Motivated to improve, learn, and grow
- No industry experience needed — we train the right attitude
Responsibilities
- Ride with a teammate in one of our clean, professional trucks
- Visit homes & businesses around Dayton
- Lift, remove, and haul items with care and efficiency
- Provide great service & friendly communication
- Get hands-on training in estimating, customer service, routing, etc.
