Juvenile Court Liaison

About The Position

This position will be based out of our Barbour County Clinic in Eufaula, Al
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
The JCL in this role will provide assistance to the Juvenile Court Systems in Henry and Barbour Counties
Develop a relationship with juvenile judges and probation officers as well as program directors offering appropriate services
Perform evaluations and intakes, group and individual therapy on a short term basis, family support and crisis intervention services to consumers within the program
Complete accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Masters degree or above in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing or other behavioral health area
• Completion of a clinical practicum
• Should have (2) years supervised experience serving children/adolescents or will receive (1) hour per week of supervision by a staff member with 2 years experience working with children and adolescents and shall receive 20 hours of specialized training per year for (2) years from the date service provision begins
