We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing team while executing innovative strategies that generate high-value customers. Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-performing marketing team to drive quality leads that convert into valuable customers.
  • Continuously improve website performance to increase traffic and conversion rates.
  • Maximize engagement through paid and organic marketing campaigns that drive conversions.
  • Ensure targeted personas register and engage with events.
  • Leverage customer stories and content marketing to powerfully position our brand.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the K-12 Education Industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with social media, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), content management systems, and email marketing tools.
  • Proven success in budget management and ROI-driven marketing strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Scrum Certification
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
