Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Education, or a related discipline (required)
• Commitment to the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church

Nice To Haves

• Valid state teaching certification (preferred)
• Experience with project-based learning and hands-on instructional design (preferred)
• Strong technology integration skills

Responsibilities

• design and deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences that integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through project-based and inquiry-driven instruction
• inspire students to think creatively, collaborate effectively, and apply problem-solving skills to real-world challenges
• Through purposeful integration of technology and the engineering design process, the teacher will foster resilience, innovation, and intellectual confidence across grade levels.
• help students recognize the harmony between faith and reason, guiding them to see scientific discovery and technological advancement as pathways to deeper understanding of God’s creation
• create a dynamic and inclusive classroom culture that supports diverse learners and encourages exploration, ethical responsibility, and stewardship.
• collaborate with faculty to integrate cross-curricular connections, support school-wide initiatives, and enhance the overall academic program
• Active participation in the spiritual life of the school community, including prayer, liturgies, and service opportunities, is expected.
