About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Brand Manager to support the growth of our wholesale business. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Korean beauty and excited to gain hands-on experience in brand development, retailer partnerships, and market expansion within the fast-growing K-Beauty industry. You will work closely with our internal team and retail partners to strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and help drive brand success in the U.S. market.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, customer service, or related fields
  • Strong interest in Korean beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Background check required after conditional offer (per applicable laws)

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of HeySkinday’s wholesale presence across local beauty stores
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Act as a key point of contact for store inquiries, orders, and product recommendations
  • Identify new business opportunities through outreach and in-person store visits
  • Engage directly with retailers to introduce trending brands and encourage partnerships
  • Gather insights from store owners and staff on high-demand products and market needs
  • Stay up to date on Korean beauty trends, product innovations, and consumer demand
  • Recommend popular and fast-moving products to retail clients
  • Share market feedback with the internal team to support brand strategy
  • Assist with order processing, follow-ups, and smooth communication with warehouse operations
  • Track customer order cycles and provide timely reminders for reorders
  • Support inventory forecasting using sales data and customer trends
  • Analyze sales patterns and retailer needs to support growth planning
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and wholesale processes
