About The Position

The Key Account Coordinator will serve as the liaison between Satellite Shelters and its local or regional customers, ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction. Their duties include preparing and executing Master Rental agreements, developing account plans, managing client and branch relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or equivalent experience required
  • 2-3 years of direct sales, management, customer service, and/or business development preferred
  • Ability to work effectively on and with a team to enhance the growth of the company
  • Excellent organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales
  • Excellent problem solving and detail-oriented skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM programs
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of Satellite Shelters and Industry
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
  • Multitasking skills
  • Data collection and analysis skills
  • Minimal travel
  • Position requires a high degree of concentration to manage frequent interruptions while meeting strict deadlines.
  • This position requires the ability to perform duties using both typical office equipment such as computers, cell phones, and printers as well as the ability to communicate and perform tasks in a construction/workshop environment.
  • Must be able to perform physical and mental tasks associated within a construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify Key Account targets within Branches - "Key Account - is key to the Branch or Salespersons success"
  • Build a partnership to create an ease of conducting business for both the client and Satellite. To eliminate risk for both parties through Master Agreements
  • Preparing and executing Master Rental Agreements with existing and new “Key” clients
  • Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the company’s management and clients
  • Identifying the client spend and forward-looking pipeline for forecasting.
  • Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company's products and services
  • Key Account Coordinator will serve as the link between Satellite & the accounts they serve
  • Keeps informed of new products, monitoring competitive products and services, & general information of interest to customers, and analyzing customer reactions
