The Key Account Manager (KAM) – Central serves as a strategic commercial and clinical partner responsible for developing, expanding, and optimizing relationships with the organization’s most important accounts. This role drives sustainable growth by integrating business strategy, clinical value development, and consultative partnership to improve patient outcomes and accelerate adoption of advanced hearing solutions. Operating as both a business strategist and clinical development leader, the KAM partners with providers to advance practice performance, expand patient access to hearing care, and support adoption of innovative technologies. The position focuses on strengthening long-term partnerships, elevating clinical and operational excellence, and cultivating new high-value opportunities across the region.
