Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Account Management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships with lifestyle brands, particularly within the airlines, wine, spirits, and fashion categories.
  • Strong understanding of the lifestyle brands industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA is a plus.
  • Spanish and/or French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and engage lifestyle brands within categories like airlines, wine, spirits, technology, and fashion to drive revenue growth.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing and negotiating solutions that meet their needs and requirements to drive mutual growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership proposals and strategies that align with the brand's objectives and our company's goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
