The Opportunity This is a critical, high-impact role supporting the company's accelerated expansion. The Key Account Specialist (KAS) function is significantly enhanced to better manage and grow existing large municipal and private water utility accounts. The KAS's core purpose is to ensure full customer support post-sale, allowing Regional Sales Directors to focus on new business. You will proactively manage relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion.
