About The Position
My Sister's Attic, an extension of My Sister's Closet founded in 1991, is currently seeking a trustworthy and reliable Keyholder to join our team. While our Closet locations focus on apparel, the Attic specializes in the consignment of luxury furniture, home decor, and select art pieces. We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable individual to join our team as a Keyholder. In this role, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining operational excellence, and serving as a positive role model for the team. Wage is based on experience in a keyholder position This position is commission eligible This is a part time position (up to 30 hours per week)
Requirements
- At least one year of retail keyholder experience is required.
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication customer service skills
- Ability to assist management with coaching, mentoring, and daily operations.
- Weekend & Holiday availabity is required.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform tasks involving sitting, kneeling, and reaching.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with high-end retail and e-commerce is a plus.
