Labcorp is seeking a Kit Production Assistant I to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. Work Schedule: Rotating Schedule 6am-6pm Job Responsibilities Must adhere to all company training, company policies, procedures and perform all departmental and interdepartmental SOP’s as written. Generate an appropriate audit trail of all activities and maintains own training file and required documentation. Attention to detail. Maintain high productivity standards and quality standards. Alert management of any potential quality issues. Ensure work areas are kept clean and all safety measures are being followed. High volume and high production environment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • One year work experience may be substituted for diploma
  • Ability to work in the following environment: Repetitive motion via computers, scanners and containers
  • Repetitive motion via labeling tubes and using computer terminal
  • High volume and high production environment
  • Ability to stand long periods of time in one place
  • Repetitive lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Three months experience in Labcorp Kit Production
