About The Position

Position Summary:
Receives, prepares, packages, serves and cleans up following grab-and-go or congregate meal programs.
Work hours: 7:00a to 12:00 noon, Monday through Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Receives, counts and signs off on caterer's invoice.
Cleans and maintains kitchen and equipment to meet food safety standards.
Completes daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.
Prepares and serves refreshments for participants as needed.
Cleans and maintains participant dining room.
Stores, heats and serves meals according to caterer's specification.
Packages home delivered meals according to caterer's specification.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food service.
• ServSafe certified (preferred).
• Ability to work in a confined area.
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
