About The Position

What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned): Keep the kitchen clean and organized. Wash dishes. Stock shelves. Dispose of trash. Sanitize food preparation areas. Maintain kitchen equipment. Assisting chefs and other kitchen staff when needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Certification or degree in Food & Beverage Service or similar area or equivalent.
  • Must speak, read, write and understand English.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to perform large volume cooking.
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
  • Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
  • Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
